What we’re glad to hear about
- Corrections. If something on this site is wrong or out of date, tell us. Products change, and we would rather fix an article than defend it.
- Questions about a specific article. If you want to know something it did not cover, ask. That question is usually worth adding.
- Product suggestions. Tell us what you are trying to solve rather than just naming a product, and it is far more likely to get covered.
- Privacy requests. Access, correction or deletion of your data — see the Privacy Policy.
What we’re not the right people for
- Guest posts, link insertions, and “we noticed a broken link on your site” emails. We do not publish them.
- Sponsored posts written by someone else.
- Requests to remove or soften a negative verdict.
